Hillcrest Hospital South Medical Records (Health Information Management) maintains patient-specific data and information to assist in the patient care process, to facilitate continuity of care and to serve as the financial and legal record of treatment. You can view a copy of Hillcrest Hospital South's information privacy practices by clicking here.
Medical Records is located on the first floor of the hospital and the hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
