Registration Information
When you arrive at Hillcrest Hospital South Surgicenter for your scheduled surgery, you will be greeted and registered by our receptionist.
You will be asked for your insurance card(s), and to sign a release of information form so that we can file your health insurance. Our admitting nurses will then be informed that you have arrived.
