Hillcrest HealthCare System has an established COVID-19 Call Center. Operators are available Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer patient questions, provide support and connect them to a provider. The Call Center line is 918-574-0920.

Medical Records

Hillcrest Hospital South Medical Records (Health Information Management) maintains patient-specific data and information to assist in the patient care process, to facilitate continuity of care and to serve as the financial and legal record of treatment. You can view a copy of Hillcrest Hospital South's release of information form found at the bottom of this page.

Medical Records is located on the first floor of the hospital and the hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
