  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Packed Cup Baby Spinach
  • 2/3 Cup Fresh Mango, Diced
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Hemp Seeds, Shelled
  • 1 ¾ Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • Sweetener, to Taste (Liquid Stevia)

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, adjust sweetener to your taste.

Berry Easy Breakfast Smoothie

  • ½ Banana
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Skim Milk
  • Sweetener, to Taste (liquid stevia)

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, adjust sweetener to your taste.
